Quality Policy
The quality policy at Projektengagemang® means that we continuously improve our working approach and methods as well as our business concepts so that all employees perform their tasks delivering the right product quality thereby creating best value for customers. We call this our "Project Promise".
Quality Objectives
The overall goal at Projektengagemang® is that we will perform our assignment in a professional manner and through this seek to meet and even surpass the expectations our customers. A detailed objective is that we are continuously measuring and monitoring all the companies' activities with regards to compliance with our certifications, project quality and management processes.
Sustainable Environmental Policy
Projektengagemang® performs consulting services and products which offer solutions that contribute to sustainable development of the environment and the society as a whole.
We shall, in all our assignments, continuously work to update and improve our skills and approaches to work in order to uphold the environmental requirements that customers and society value.
We shall, in our operations, comply with relevant legislation and work to reduce negative impacts to the environment while also promoting resource conservation.
Environmental Objectives
We will promote resource conservation, work to reduce negative environmental burden, and expose our customers to the benefits of our activity in environmental preservation and sustainability. We will help our customers become more conscious of the environment by suggesting simple and effective energy efficiency solutions. We will also follow up on our customers and help them realize the effects of the work we advocate.
In our own day-to-day operations, we will take small important steps like increasing the proportion of recycled paper for office use while also putting measures in place to reduce the overall amount of paper used. We will also increase the proportion of environmentally certified vehicles used by the firm, introduce best practices for recycling (where possible and depending on property ownership) and seek to invest in more eco-labeled office products.
