We currently have 1,100 employees and we plan to have 2,000 in three years. Our backgrounds, competencies and experience differ. But we have one thing in common: we want to drive a positive social change. And we are always on the look out for people that share our commitment.

At PE, everyone works in small tightly-knit teams – always close to the customer and the assignment at hand. You will be surrounded by other motivated and skilful people and you will always have access to experts from other competency areas. This collaboration is important is several ways. It is required to solve the complex assignments we are working with – and in addition, it is stimulating and broadening for those of us that work here.

The PE school is a concrete example of how this works. There you can be offered development opportunities within management and leadership, business skills and training connected to different roles, for example as assignment leader.
