Projektengagemang’s heritage concerns the will and determination to break away from a system found to have weaknesses, to making your own way through entrepreneurship and professionalism.


The journey continues

We now have over 600 employees in over 30 locations. The work to become an even more attractive workplace in which employees can advance and the individual makes the difference continues. The overall purpose is to increase value for our customers and end-users. The group has been solely by shareholders in the group’s parent company since the summer of 2015, after around 200 employees converted their shares in the subsidiary. SEK 1 billion in turnover in 2017 is within reach. The next target is SEK 2 billion.


Continued dynamic growth - heading towards the stock exchange

Continued growth with a majority of large-scale and complex jobs. 2013 was when the decision was taken to seek stock exchange listing in 2017, and to further define the strategy of being a leading supplier of comprehensive and coordinated services.


Comprehensive skills range

2010 sees the start of the formation of a comprehensive, multidiscipline consultancy group divided into business units. Organic growth continues undiminished and we also begin to acquire companies in line with our strategy.


Growth accelerates

Between 2006 and 2009, the foundations of Projektengagemang are laid. 10 companies are started in partnership with around 100 employees through what we call the ‘Entrepreneur pack’. The journey to our goal of being an attractive employer, with each individual employee making a difference and turnover over SEK 1 billion with profit of SEK 100 million is started. We want to be one of the ten biggest engineering consultancies in Sweden.


Projektengagemang founded

Projektengagemang founded by Per-Arne Gustavsson. Five companies were founded in 2006 with employees. Per Göranson joins the company, and the building of the group starts.
